After you have placed your order, it takes us 1-2 business days to process your order and have it ready for the shipping center. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches, this processing time may vary. Thank you for your patience.


We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from the Postal Service (USPS, Post Canada, Royal Mail, and Australia Post) or air and ground transportation strikes or delays.

Packages undeliverable by USPS, Post Canada, Royal Mail, and Australia Post will be cancelled and refunded once received and processed at our shipping hub.

If you choose the Standard Shipping option and for any reason we are unable to deliver your order within 5-10 business days, we will issue a full refund of your Standard Shipping costs. Your order will consequently be processed as a Free Shipping order with a delivery time of 8-21 business days.


PAYMENT METHODS

Currently, we accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. When your credit card is authorized, funds are put on hold until the transaction is completed. When the order is verified, the payment is processed.

Your billing information must be exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. If any numbers are different, the order cannot be processed. Be sure to correctly spell City/Province/Territory names and avoid using abbreviations unless that is how your information appears on your statement. Please contact your financial institution if you need the exact billing address associated with your credit card.


CREDIT CARD SECURITY

Deco26 provides safe and secure checkout by encrypting your credit card information using SSL. To reduce the possibility of unauthorized access, the details of your card will be encrypted.


FRAUD PROTECTION

All payment forms are subject to verification and review by Deco26. Deco26 reserves the right to refuse to process any transaction, sale, or shipment of orders due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity.


ORDER PROCESSING

If you cancel your order, it may take up to 4-6 business days for your bank or card issuer to make your funds available to you again.


CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER

You have 60 minutes after completing your order to cancel it. You have 6 hours after completing your order to update it. We're really quick at packing your order up which means we can't make any changes once you've placed it.


RETURN POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) you purchased in their original condition within 14 days of delivery. Upon receipt of the item(s), the purchase price will be refunded. Your shipping is only refunded if all items within the order are returned.

Items bought on sale cannot be returned.


To return your item(s), please go to our Returns/Exchange Center.

  1. Access your order by entering your Email and Order Number, and by clicking the 'Find Your Order' button
  2. Select the item you wish to return and, click the 'Next' button
  3. Select a reason why you wish to return your order and, click the 'Next' button
  4. Submit your return request


Our friendly customer service team will reach out to you, and will provide you with a return authorization number (RMA number), a return address and any other details that will assist you in the steps you need to process a return. Please note that orders with no return authorization number will not be accepted therefore not be refunded.

REFUNDS: Please note, we do not issue refunds for non-faulty items or items bought on sale.

All returns must include a tracking number (USPS, Canada Post, Royal Mail, UPS, FedEx, Australia Post, etc.). If the customer fails to provide a tracking number upon request, Deco26 reserves the right to refuse store credit or a refund for the item. Deco26 is not liable if any losses incurred when returning your item back for replacement. The item is the customers' responsibility until it is received back at our facility. The item will be subject to inspection upon arrival, if deemed to be unfit for return (worn, washed or used in any way or falls outside our given timeframe for returns), your item will be refused and returned to sender.

By returning your item(s) you, the customer, have acknowledged and agreed to cover any costs involved in order to receive store credit or a refund. We do not cover return shipping costs and we are not responsible for lost packages.

You will be refunded 2-3 weeks upon reception of the returned item(s).
